Now Hiring: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Primary Care Clinic

Join a well-established primary care clinic in Elk River, MN. This full-time permanent opportunity offers a consistent weekday schedule, competitive pay, excellent benefits, and a collaborative outpatient environment.

Position Highlights:

• Full-Time, Permanent
• Day Shift
• Monday–Friday (Shifts between 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
• No Weekends
• No On-Call
• Pay: $24.50–$32.77/hour (based on experience)

Responsibilities:

• Assist providers with patient care
• Room patients and obtain vital signs
• Administer medications and immunizations
• Perform phlebotomy and specimen collection as needed
• Support patient education and documentation
• Assist with prescription refills and clinic workflow

Requirements:

• Active Minnesota LPN License
• Current BLS Certification
• Previous clinical experience preferred
