Schedule
- Day Shift
- Monday – Friday
- 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Key Responsibilities
- Perform blood draws, injections, immunizations, and basic laboratory procedures.
- Assist physicians during patient examinations and treatments.
- Record vital signs and prepare patients for exams.
- Maintain exam rooms and medical supplies.
- Complete referrals, lab documentation, and medical records.
- Provide patient education and return patient phone calls.
- Assist with nursing procedures within CMA scope of practice.
- Work collaboratively with providers and clinical staff.
Requirements
- Completion of a formal Medical Assistant program (minimum 2 years)
- 3+ years of Medical Assistant experience in a clinical setting
- Current Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) certification
- BLS (AHA) Certification
- Strong communication, teamwork, and patient care skills
