Position: Clinical Supervisor – Adult Mental Health (ACT Program)
Location: Southgate, MI
Schedule: Full-Time | Days (Mon–Sat with flexibility)
Salary: $36.31 – $49.13/hour (based on experience & licensure) + Benefits

Schedule Details

• Mon–Thurs: 8:30 AM – 7:00 PM
• Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
• Saturday: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM (as needed)
• On-call and evenings/weekends based on program needs

About the Role

We are seeking a licensed Clinical Supervisor (LMSW) to lead an Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) team serving adults with serious mental illness. This role combines clinical leadership, program oversight, and direct client care.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee administrative and clinical operations of the ACT program
• Supervise multidisciplinary team (advocates, nurses, peer specialists)
• Ensure adherence to ACT fidelity standards
• Provide direct clinical services to clients
• Manage crisis response and after-hours support as needed
• Collaborate with community partners and stakeholders
• Track outcomes, documentation, and program performance

'05; Required Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or Counseling
• Active Michigan LMSW (FULL license – REQUIRED)
• Minimum 2+ years experience with adults with serious mental illness
• Strong clinical, leadership, and crisis management skills

Additional Requirements

• Must obtain QMHP status within 120 days
• Must pursue CAADC certification (or approved development plan within 30 days)
• Must later obtain CCS credential
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship available)

Preferred Qualifications

• ACT team experience
• Community mental health background
• Prior supervisory experience
• Experience with co-occurring substance use disorders
