Medical Laboratory Scientist II Night Shift | Sign-On Bonus

Job Summary

Seeking an experienced Medical Laboratory Scientist II to join a Blood Bank/Transfusion Medicine team. In this role, you'll perform complex laboratory testing, troubleshoot equipment and testing issues, ensure quality control compliance, and support patient care through accurate diagnostic testing.

Schedule:

• 4x10s Night Shift (Two Openings Available)
• Sunday–Wednesday | 9:00 PM – 7:00 AM
• Friday–Monday | 9:00 PM – 7:00 AM

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Clinical/Medical Laboratory Science, Chemical Science, or Biological Science OR Associate Degree in Medical Laboratory Technology
• MLS/MT (ASCP/AMT) or MLT (ASCP/AMT) certification (based on education pathways

Compensation & Benefits

• Pay Range: $26.85 – $45.04/hr (based on experience and internal equity)
• $10,000 Sign-On Bonus
