Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver safe, patient-centered care for patients with complex needs
• Assess patient needs, identify outcomes, and revise care plans as needed
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care
• Perform point-of-care testing and follow established standards and policies
• Prioritize and organize care; utilize resources for complex situations

Requirements:

• 1+ year of nursing experience in related/ Similar unit
• Nursing Diploma OR ADN/ASN from an accredited school of Nursing
• BSN or MSN preferred
• Active RN License – North Carolina
• BLS (AHA or ARC)

Compensation & Benefits

• Pay Range: $33.00 – $54.45/hr
• Shift Differentials: Evening, Night, Weekend, Holiday, Specialty (stackable)
• Relocation Assistance: Up to $10,000
• Pay-in-Lieu-of-Benefits (PLB): Up to 30% additional pay
• Retention Incentives: Up to $40,000 based on commitment and shift
