LPN - Walk-In Clinic (Outpatient Patient Care Role)

Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Walk-In Clinic

Location: Great Falls, MT 59405
Shift: Monday–Friday, Full Time
Compensation: $49,000 – $78,000/year

Position Summary:

The LPN – Walk-In Clinic is responsible for providing direct patient care in an outpatient clinic setting while working under established nursing standards and within the scope of LPN licensure. This role serves as a key liaison between patients, providers, and clinical staff, ensuring efficient patient flow and high-quality care delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care to clinic patients following established protocols
• Take vital signs and perform patient triage
• Handle patient phone calls and clinical inquiries
• Assist with prescription refills and prior authorizations
• Support providers, RNs, and clinical managers in daily operations
• Direct and guide CNAs and schedulers as needed
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team
• Ensure accurate documentation and adherence to clinic standards

Required Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited Nursing Program
• Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license (state required upon acceptance)
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Compliance with continuing education requirements per state/federal regulations
• Less than 1 year experience accepted
