Pediatric CICU RN | ICU RN Required | $30K Sign-On + Benefits

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse to join our Pediatric Cardiac Intensive Care Unit (CICU) team. This position specializes in caring for critically ill pediatric patients with congenital heart conditions and post-operative cardiac needs. Responsibilities

• Deliver direct patient care to pediatric CICU patients
• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans
• Maintain a safe, supportive, and therapeutic patient care environment
• Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
• Participate in quality improvement and patient safety initiatives
• Provide education and support to patients and families throughout treatment and recovery

Qualifications

• Active RN license required
• Associate Degree required; BSN must be obtained within 24 months of hire
• Minimum 1 year of recent Pediatric ICU RN experience in an acute care setting required
• Pediatric Cardiac ICU and post-operative cardiac experience preferred
• Children’s Hospital experience preferred
• CCRN certification preferred

Compensation & Benefits

• Pay Range: $42.03 – $65.10/hour based on experience
• Sign-On Bonus available on a case-by-case basis
• Relocation Assistance available on a case-by-case basis
