Job Description
Title: RN Med Surg
Location: Las Cruces, NM
Type: Full-Time Permanent
Unit Overview
Join a 34-bed Med-Surg unit on the 3rd floor, working with RNs, LPNs, CMAs, and CNAs in a collaborative, patient-centered environment. Nurse-to-patient ratio: 1:5–1:6. Focus on teamwork, safety, and compassionate care.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess, plan, and implement patient care
- Administer medications and treatments
- Monitor patient progress and respond to changes
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
- Ensure patient safety and comfort
Required Qualifications
- Active New Mexico RN License
- Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
- 1+ year of Medical-Surgical experience OR 1+ year of nursing experience
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $74,880 – $100,000 annually
- Sign-On Bonus: Up to $20,000 (based on experience and qualifications)
- Relocation Assistance: Partial
