Float Pool Med-Surg RN | $43/Hour + Shift Differentials

Summary

Float Pool Medical-Surgical RN opportunity for experienced nurses who enjoy working across multiple units in an acute care hospital setting. This role requires flexibility, strong clinical skills, and the ability to provide high-quality patient care while floating between Med-Surg units. Candidates must be comfortable with a 7:1 patient ratio and working every other weekend.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Nursing program
• Active Florida RN License or Multistate Compact License
• BLS certification within 30 days of hire
• Minimum 1 year of current acute care Med-Surg RN experience required
• Must currently be working in a Med-Surg setting
• Comfortable floating to multiple units
• AHCA Level 2 background check and fingerprinting required
• Must live within a reasonable commuting distance
• In-person interview required before offer

Pay

• Flat Rate: $43.00/hour
• Night Differential: +$4.25/hour
• Weekend Differential: +$3.00/hour
• Sign-On Bonus: Case-by-case
• Relocation Assistance: Case-by-case

Shift

• Full-Time (3 x 12-hour shifts)
• Days: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Nights: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
• Rotating weekends (every other weekend)
