Medical Technologist "High Demand"

Role Overview

You’ll be part of a large, integrated lab network under HCA Healthcare Laboratory Services, supporting diagnostics across 250+ facilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform accurate, timely lab testing (including proficiency samples)
• Handle STAT testing within turnaround targets
• Interpret results using independent judgment (delta checks, correlations)
• Maintain documentation and patient records
• Run quality control procedures and troubleshoot issues
• Review pending/result logs and manage workload
• Step in during supervisor absence when needed

Requirements

• Required: Associate degree
• Minimum 1 year as Medical Technologist
• Florida State Technologist License

Shift: Nights (Rotating Weekends)
