Pay: $39 – $59 per hour
Sign-On Bonus: Up to $15,000
Relocation Assistance: Up to $10,000
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Job Overview

We are seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) to join a growing healthcare team in Muskogee, OK. In this role, you will evaluate patients, develop treatment plans, and provide therapeutic care to improve mobility, reduce pain, and restore physical function.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate patient conditions and develop individualized treatment plans
• Initiate and administer appropriate physical therapy treatments
• Progress and adjust therapy programs as patient goals are met
• Set measurable functional goals and monitor patient progress
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and home exercises
• Maintain accurate patient documentation and treatment records
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare professionals for coordinated care
• Maintain productivity standards while delivering quality patient care

Requirements

'14; Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
'14; Active Physical Therapist License (Oklahoma) or eligibility to obtain
'14; Strong interpersonal and communication skills
'14; Ability to evaluate patients and create effective treatment plans
'14; New graduates welcome (0–6 months experience accepted)
