Job Description

Set up, operate, monitor, and optimize a continuous web coating line producing UV-cured pressure-sensitive adhesive products

Operate and manage the coating line while utilizing the UV curing system to identify and address defects

Conduct quality checks to ensure product conformance and adherence to specifications

Perform routine equipment upkeep, maintenance, and troubleshooting to ensure optimal production performance

Serve as the technical process lead for the team, providing guidance and expertise on production processes

Key Requirements

Minimum of 5+ years of web processing experience

Preference for candidates with experience in pressure-sensitive adhesives (PSA)
