Pharmacist Inpatient

Job description:
ASHP-accredited Pharmacy Residency
Pyxis and Carousel system experience
Prior experience in a computerized hospital pharmacy setting
Strong IV preparation and pharmacotherapy management skills
Demonstrated ability to work independently in a high-volume environment
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
B.S. Pharmacy or Pharm.D. required
Recent inpatient/acute care experience within the past 3 years

Required Certifications & Licensure:
Active Virginia Pharmacist License in good standing
Epic EMR experience required
