RN Clinical Nurse Coordinator (Charge) | "Urgent Requirement"

Position Name: Clinical Nurse Coordinator

Shifts Available: Nights (Rotating Weekends)

Location: Kansas City, MO

Compensation:

• $30 - $47 (Based on years of Experience)
• Shift Differential: $4.00/Hr. for Nights & Weekends
• Sign-On Bonus: Case by Case Basis
• Relocation: Case by Case Basis

Job Summary:

• Coordinate and oversee patient care activities during the shift to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care.
• Support nursing staff through scheduling, training, guidance, and daily operational management.
• Collaborate with leadership and care teams to improve patient outcomes, workflow, and overall unit performance.

Qualifications:

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing required. Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred.
• Currently licensed as a registered professional nurse in the state(s) of practice or has an active compact license, in accordance with law and regulation.
• The facility is looking for candidates who are currently working in acute care Med-Surg, preferably as a Charge RN or with at least 2 years of recent Med-Surg Staff RN experience.
