Registered Nurse - Telemetry (Day Shift)

Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join a Telemetry unit in Goldsboro, NC. This role involves providing high-quality, patient-centered care in a fast-paced hospital environment, supporting patients with cardiac and medical conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver safe, competent nursing care using the nursing process
• Monitor and assess patients with telemetry and cardiac conditions
• Develop and update individualized care plans
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for optimal patient outcomes
• Educate patients and families on treatment and discharge plans
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow clinical standard

Requirements:

• Active RN license (North Carolina)
• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience
• ADN/ASN or Nursing Diploma required (BSN preferred)
• BLS and ACLS certifications required

Schedule:

• Day Shift
• Full-time (schedule may vary)

Compensation & Benefits:

• $33.00 – $54.45/hour
• Shift differentials:
• • Evening: $3.30/hr
  • Night: $6.00/hr
  • Weekend: $10.00/hr
  • Holiday: 50% additional pay
• Relocation assistance up to $10,000 (based on distance)
