Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) / LPN – Clinic | Day Shift | No Weekends

Location: Golden Valley, MN
Shift: Days (8:30 AM – 5:00 PM)
Employment Type: Full-Time (Permanent) - Direct hire

Compensation:

• CMA: $22.23 – $27.37/hour (based on experience)
• LPN: $24.50 – $32.77/hour (based on experience)

Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join a collaborative clinic team. This role supports providers in delivering patient-centered care across all age groups, ensuring smooth clinic operations and excellent patient experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Patient rooming and intake
• Administer immunizations, injections, and medications
• Perform lab specimen collection and basic testing
• Assist with phlebotomy and X-ray duties (if certified)
• Support prescription refills and prior authorizations
• Provide patient communication and telephone support
• Assist with front desk/check-in and clinic flow
• Maintain inventory and stock supplies

Requirements:

For CMA Candidates:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant program (ABHES/CAAHEP) OR RMA program
• Active Medical Assistant Certification
• Clinical experience required
• Current BLS Certification

For LPN Candidates:

• Active Minnesota LPN License (required at submission)
• Clinical experience required
• Current BLS Certification
