Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Clinical Laboratory Science, Medical Laboratory Science, Medical Laboratory Technology, Biological Science, or Chemical Science
• ASCP or AMT Certification required (based on education level)
• Blood Bank experience required
• Minimum 2 years of laboratory experience (requirements may vary based on education and certification)
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and quality-focused laboratory skills
