Physician – Nursing Home (MD/DO)

Location: Queens, Westchester, Bronx, or Brooklyn, NY
Type: Full-Time | Direct Hire | Permanent

Provide comprehensive primary and diagnostic care to nursing home residents in a collaborative, patient-centered environment.

Requirements:

• MD or DO from an accredited U.S. medical school
• Active New York Medical License
• BC/BE in Geriatrics, Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Palliative Care/Hospice
• Completion of an accredited residency program
• DEA registration (or ability to obtain)
• Clinical primary care experience preferred

Compensation & Benefits:
