Location: Lake City, FL
Shift Options: Mixed & Nights (Rotating Weekends)
Compensation: Up to $45.90/hr + Night Differential

We are seeking passionate and skilled ER Registered Nurses (RN) to join its fast-paced Emergency Department. This 140+ bed acute care hospital has proudly served the community for over 60 years and is recognized for excellence in stroke care, chest pain treatment, and sepsis management.

Compensation & Perks
- Pay Range: $30.60 – $45.90/hr DOE
- Night Shift Differential: +$4.25/hr

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality emergency nursing care in a fast-paced acute care setting
- Perform patient assessments, monitoring, and emergency interventions
- Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely
- Educate patients and families on conditions, treatment plans, and discharge instructions
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams
- Maintain accurate EMR documentation and patient records
- Promote patient safety, comfort, and exceptional patient experiences
'05; Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of Acute Care ER RN experience required
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) License
- Associate Degree in Nursing required
- BLS, ACLS & PALS required within 30 days of start date
- Strong critical thinking, multitasking, and emergency response skills
