Occupational Therapist (OT) | Day Shift | Excellent Benefits

Salina Regional Health Center is seeking a Pediatric Occupational Therapist to provide specialized therapy services for children aged 0–3 years through the Infant Child Development (ICD) program. The therapist will evaluate developmental delays, design individualized treatment plans, deliver therapeutic interventions, educate families, and support children in enhancing daily living, sensory, motor, cognitive, and psychosocial skills. Responsibilities

• Perform pediatric occupational therapy evaluations and assessments.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Provide therapy services addressing developmental delays, ADLs, play skills, sensory integration, neuromuscular, cognitive, and psychosocial development.
• Educate and collaborate with families, caregivers, and healthcare teams.
• Document therapy services, progress notes, and discharge planning.
• Participate in consultation, transition planning, and quality improvement activities.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or higher degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Active Kansas Occupational Therapy License.
• BLS/CPR certification required within 90 days of employment.
• Valid Kansas Driver’s License.

Pay

• $36.60–$45.00/hr (Based on Experience)
• Relocation Assistance: Up to $5,000
