Physical Therapist (PT) | New Grads Welcome

Job Overview

We are seeking a licensed Physical Therapist (PT) to join a growing outpatient clinic. This role offers a supportive team environment, manageable caseload, and strong focus on patient-centered care. New graduates are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
• Deliver hands-on therapy and guide therapeutic exercise programs
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Educate patients on recovery, injury prevention, and home exercises
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Collaborate with clinical team to ensure optimal patient outcomes

Required Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT preferred)
• Active or eligible for Arizona Physical Therapist license
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to patient-centered care
• Ability to work in a collaborative clinical environment
• Outpatient or orthopedic experience
• Interest in pain science and functional rehabilitation

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: $75,000 – $100,000 annually (DOE)
• Sign-on & relocation bonus up to $15,000

• Performance-based bonus structure

Work Schedule

• Full-time
• Monday–Friday
• No weekends or holidays
• Flexible shifts: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM or 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
