Job Description

· Direct and manage the daily operations of the receiving and shipping department

· Supervise and lead up to 4 direct reports, including forklift drivers and warehouse personnel

· Coordinate and oversee tracking of all incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure accuracy and timeliness

· Verify bills of lading, invoices, and sales orders to confirm all goods are correctly received and shipped

· Manage all ITAR licensing requirements for international shipments across 50+ countries

Key Requirements

· BS Degree preferred

· Minimum of 5+ years of progressive leadership experience in a warehouse or logistics environment

· Demonstrated strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively

· Experience with ITAR documentation and compliance from a shipping standpoint is highly desirable
