Hybrid - Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

We are seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our behavioral health team in a hybrid role supporting pediatric patients in the Bronx, NY.

Compensation

• $90,000–$95,000/year (based on experience)

Schedule

• Hybrid position
• On-site 1 day per week in Bronx, NY

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral health assessments and evaluations.
• Provide individual therapy and crisis intervention.
• Develop and monitor patient treatment plans.
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary care teams.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in EHR.
• Participate in team meetings and case conferences.

Requirements

• Active New York LCSW License
• Master's Degree in Social Work (MSW)
• Minimum 2 years of behavioral health/social work experience
• Experience working with pediatric patients (ages 6+)
• Spanish bilingual required
• Must reside in the Tri-State area
• Must be available to work onsite once per week
• Experience with EHR and behavioral health assessments
• Medicaid and Medicare enrollment preferred
