Business Process Analyst - Vendor Invoice Management S2P Operations
Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a Business Process Analyst – Vendor Invoice Management (S2P Operations) to support the Source-to-Pay (S2P) Operations team in a Vendor Invoice Management (VIM) transformation initiative. This role will lead process discovery and design efforts by facilitating As-Is and To-Be workshops, documenting business processes, identifying improvement opportunities, and supporting the implementation of modern invoice management solutions using SAP Ariba and OpenText. Key Responsibilities • Lead and facilitate As-Is Process and To-Be Design workshops for Vendor Invoice Management and Accounts Payable processes. • Document current-state workflows and develop detailed process maps and workflow documentation. • Identify process inefficiencies and recommend improvements for future-state operations. • Develop future-state process recommendations to support Vendor Invoice Management transformation initiatives. • Provide recommendations that contribute to the long-term Source-to-Pay (S2P) roadmap. • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather business requirements and align process improvements. • Support the replacement of legacy invoice document management processes with OpenText and SAP Ariba solutions. • Assist with large-scale system integration initiatives related to invoice management and Accounts Payable. • Apply SDLC knowledge to support project planning, implementation, and process improvements. • Communicate findings, recommendations, and process documentation to business and technical stakeholders. Required Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance, Accounting, or a related field. • 5–7+ years of experience in Vendor Invoice Management, invoice processing, or Accounts Payable operations. • Strong expertise in invoice management and Accounts Payable business processes. • Demonstrated experience creating As-Is and To-Be process maps and workflow documentation. • Experience facilitating process discovery sessions and engaging cross-functional stakeholders. • Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills. • Experience with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies and implementation projects. • Hands-on experience with SAP Ariba. • Hands-on experience with OpenText. • Experience supporting large system integration initiatives. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work effectively across business and technical teams. Preferred Qualifications • Knowledge of international finance regulations. • Experience supporting Source-to-Pay (S2P) transformation initiatives. • Experience with enterprise process optimization and business transformation projects.
