Position: Full-Time or Part-Time | In-Person
Position Overview
We are seeking a compassionate Pediatric Physical Therapist (PT/DPT) to provide evidence-based, play-based therapy for infants, children, adolescents, and young adults with developmental, neurological, orthopedic, and musculoskeletal conditions. You'll collaborate with families and a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat pediatric patients.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Provide engaging, play-based therapy.
- Educate families and caregivers on home programs.
- Collaborate with PT, OT, SLP, and Mental Health teams.
- Complete timely documentation and participate in team meetings.
Qualifications
- Master's or Doctorate in Physical Therapy.
- Active Illinois Physical Therapy License.
- Minimum 1 year of pediatric PT experience.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Preferred: Early Intervention experience and knowledge of DIRFloortime®, NDT, torticollis treatment, reflex integration, and sensory-motor development.

Schedule: Flexible (4x10s or 5x8s) | No weekends or on call
