Registered Nurse (RN) – Labor & Delivery (L&D) – Mattoon, IL
Position: Registered Nurse (RN) – L&D
Type: Permanent | Full-Time
Shift: Nights (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM)
Compensation
- $37.23 – $57.71/hr (based on experience)
- + $4/hr night differential
- + $2/hr weekend differential (stackable)
- Potential sign-on & relocation assistance
Job Details
- Provide comprehensive Labor & Delivery patient care
- Perform assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation
- Lead and coordinate care with interdisciplinary teams
- Monitor maternal & fetal conditions
- Educate patients and families
- Maintain accurate documentation and reporting
Requirements
- Active Illinois RN License
- 3+ years L&D experience – Required
- NRP Certification – Required (within 1 year)
- ADN (minimum)
Preferred
- BLS / CPR (within 90 days)
- ACLS (within 90 days)
