We are seeking an experienced CVICU Registered Nurse (RN) for a full-time night shift opportunity in Ocala, FL. This role is ideal for candidates with strong ICU experience who are passionate about providing high-acuity cardiovascular critical care in a collaborative acute care environment.

Position Details

• Position: CVICU Registered Nurse (RN)
• Location: Ocala, FL
• Schedule: Full-Time | Nights (Rotating Weekends)

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary Range: Up to $48/hr - based on years of experience
• Night Shift Differential: $4.25/hr
• Sign-On Bonus: Case by Case

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of recent Acute Care ICU RN experience within the last 2–3 years *Will consider candidates with 2+ years of PCU RN experience
• Active Florida RN license or Compact RN license required
• Associate Degree in Nursing required; BSN preferred
• BLS required within 30 days of hire/transfer
• ACLS required within 90 days of hire/transfer

• Provide high-acuity care for critically ill cardiovascular patients
• Serve as a patient and family advocate while maintaining privacy and confidentiality
• Educate patients and families regarding medications and treatment plans
• Deliver patient-centered care with a commitment to continuous improvement
