Medical Assistant (CMA) - Outpatient Clinic | Days | Standard Benefits

North Memorial Health is seeking a Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) to join our outpatient clinic team in New Hope, MN. This full-time day shift position offers a collaborative work environment, excellent benefits, and no weekends or on-call responsibilities. Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) are also encouraged to apply.

Schedule

• Full-time
• Day Shift
• 10-hour shifts
• 80 hours per two-week pay period
• No weekends
• No on-call

Responsibilities

• Room patients and manage patient flow throughout the clinic.
• Assist providers with examinations and treatments.
• Administer immunizations, injections, and medications as directed.
• Collect laboratory specimens and perform basic clinical procedures.
• Support patient communication, including phone calls and prescription refill requests.
• Assist with front desk duties, scheduling, prior authorizations, and supply management.
• Perform phlebotomy, clinic laboratory testing, and x-ray duties (if qualified and assigned).

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant program (ABHES or CAAHEP) or an accredited Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) program.
• Previous clinical experience.
• Current BLS Certification.

Pay

• $22.23–$27.37 per hour (based on experience)
