Critical Care RN (ICU) - Full-Time | 12-Hour Night Shifts

Core Responsibilities

• Advanced patient assessments
• Critical care monitoring
• Administering specialized treatments
• Rapid response to deteriorating patients
• Coordinating with multidisciplinary teams

Compensation

• Salary: $74,880 – $100,000/year
• Sign-On Bonus: Up to $20,000
• Relocation: Up to $10,000
• Shift: 12-hour night shifts

Required Qualifications

• Active New Mexico RN License
• Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
• 1+ year ICU experience OR 1+ year general nursing experience

Unit & Role Details

• 32-bed ICU (1st floor)
• Nurse-to-patient ratio: 1:2 (this is strong and standard for ICU)
• Team includes:

  • CNAs
• Patient cases include:
• • Respiratory failure
  • Cardio/pulmonary conditions
  • Sepsis
  • DKA (diabetic ketoacidosis)
