Licensed Clinician (Behavioral Health) - Outpatient | Permanent

We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Licensed Clinician to join our outpatient behavioral health team in Roxboro, NC. The ideal candidate is committed to providing high-quality, person-centered mental health and substance use treatment while working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary care team. Responsibilities

• Provide therapeutic services to individuals and groups in an outpatient setting.
• Conduct clinical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to coordinate care and ensure comprehensive treatment.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Participate in staff meetings, case conferences, and professional development opportunities.
• Support clients in their recovery and promote overall mental health and well-being.

Required Qualifications

• Active North Carolina license as LCSW, LCSW-A, LCMHC, LCMHC-A, LCAS, LCAS-A, LMFT, or LMFT-A.
• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, Psychology, or related behavioral health field.
• Strong clinical assessment, documentation, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
