Physical Therapist (Direct Hire) | $15K Sign-On + $10K Relocation

Physical Therapist
Locations: Muskogee/ Tulsa, OK

Pay Range: $39.78 – $59.68/hr

Incentives: $15K Sign-On Bonus + $10K Relocation

Schedule:

• Schedule: Mon–Fri, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Hours: 40/week (8-hour shifts)

Skills & Responsibilities:

• Effective communication with patients and families
• Ability to interpret journals, procedures, and regulations
• Basic computer skills for documentation
• Provides clinical care, documentation, and patient education
• Maintains records and completes daily patient charges

Education & Licensure

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Valid Oklahoma PT License or Temporary Authorization
• Experience: 0–6 months required
• 1 year of experience preferred
