Location: Honolulu, HI
Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
Salary: $230,000–$250,000 annually (DOE)

Job Summary
Seeking an experienced Associate Medical Director to provide primary care services and clinical leadership in a patient-centered healthcare environment. This role supports clinical operations, quality improvement, provider mentorship, and organizational initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Provide outpatient primary care services.
- Support clinical operations and quality improvement programs.
- Mentor and collaborate with medical providers.
- Develop clinical policies and promote best practices.
- Ensure quality documentation and patient-centered care.
- Participate in leadership, strategic planning, and performance initiatives.
Qualifications
- MD or DO degree with completed primary care residency.
- Board Certified/Board Eligible in a primary care specialty.
- Active or eligible Hawaii medical license.
- Current DEA registration and BLS certification.
- 5+ years of primary care experience.
- Leadership experience preferred.
- FQHC/community health experience is strongly preferred
