About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and patient-focused Radiologic Technologist to join the Radiology team in Hillsborough, NC.
This position is ideal for both experienced technologists and recent graduates who are passionate about providing high-quality diagnostic imaging services in a collaborative healthcare environment.
The Radiologic Technologist will perform diagnostic radiology procedures while ensuring patient safety, image quality, and compliance with departmental protocols.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostic radiology exams according to physician orders
- Verify patient identity and obtain relevant patient history
- Produce high-quality radiographic images
- Ensure accurate documentation in RIS/PACS systems
- Maintain compliance with radiation safety standards
- Monitor image quality and troubleshoot imaging issues
- Assist patients throughout imaging procedures
- Maintain a clean and safe imaging environment
Qualifications
Required
- Associate’s Degree OR completion of an accredited Radiologic Sciences Program
- ARRT Certification in Radiography
- Current BLS Certification for Healthcare Providers
- Ability to maintain ARRT registry and continuing education requirements
