Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join a collaborative anesthesia team at a leading academic healthcare facility. In this role, you will provide high-quality anesthesia care across a variety of surgical and procedural settings while working closely with physicians and multidisciplinary clinical teams.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive pre-anesthesia patient assessments.
• Develop and implement individualized anesthesia care plans.
• Prepare and administer anesthesia using appropriate techniques and protocols.
• Continuously monitor patients throughout surgical and procedural care.
• Recognize and respond to changes in patient condition during anesthesia.
• Conduct post-anesthesia evaluations and ensure appropriate recovery care.
• Accurately document anesthesia assessments, medications, and patient outcomes.
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to deliver safe, patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Nursing from an accredited Nurse Anesthesia program.
• Graduate of a COA-accredited Nurse Anesthesia Educational Program.
• Current Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) certification.
• Eligible for or currently licensed as a CRNA in the state of Nevada.
• Current ACLS certification.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and critical thinking skills.
• Pediatric anesthesia experience is preferred but not required.
