Job Summary

We are seeking a Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) to perform clinical laboratory testing that supports physicians in the detection, diagnosis, and treatment of diseases. This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative healthcare team in a scenic coastal community.

Schedule

• Full-Time
• 80 hours per two-week pay period
• Varied shifts
• Weekend rotation required
• On-call may be required

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and specialized laboratory testing
• Operate laboratory analyzers and diagnostic equipment
• Analyze and report accurate test results
• Maintain quality control and laboratory safety standards
• Utilize laboratory information systems (LIS/HIS)
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams

Requirements

• Associate Degree in Medical Laboratory Technology or Clinical Laboratory Science
• Must meet CLIA laboratory personnel requirements
• Working knowledge of laboratory analyzers, microscopes, centrifuges, and LIS/HIS systems
• Active Oregon MLT eligibility/license as required
