Director of Rehab (Physical Therapist) – Full-Time Permanent

Salary: $40.00 – $55.00 per hour (Salaried)

Schedule & Hours:

• Shift: Monday – Friday
• Hours: 40 hours per week
• Work-Life Balance: No weekend rotation required

Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Physical Therapist (PT) to step into the role of Director of Rehab (DOR). This position combines clinical expertise with leadership, overseeing the rehabilitation department to ensure the highest quality of functional care for our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the daily operations of the rehabilitation department.
• Provide direct Physical Therapy evaluations and treatments to residents.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans focused on maintaining resident independence.
• Collaborate closely with facility leadership and families to ensure superior resident outcomes.
• Maintain compliance with all state and federal regulations.

Qualifications:

• Licensure: Active Pennsylvania Physical Therapist (PT) license is required.
• Experience: Proven clinical experience as a Physical Therapist. Previous leadership or DOR experience is highly preferred.
• Requirement: This role is for experienced clinicians only; we are unable to accept new graduates (New Grads) at this time.
• Traits: Strong communication skills and a passion for geriatric care in a personal care setting.
