Position: Pharmacist
Care Setting: Acute – Hospital
Unit Type: Pharmacy

Assignment Details:

Duration: 13 weeks
Shift: Days (7:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
Shift Length: 8 hours
Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours/week

Requirements:

Experience: Minimum 2 years (recent hospital experience preferred)
License: Active license required at submission
Certifications: BLS required
Charting System: EPIC
