ICU Registered Nurse - 3x12 Shifts | Sign-On + Benefits

We are seeking a dynamic and reliable ICU RN to join a leading acute care team known for its supportive culture and commitment to excellence. This role involves managing complex patient conditions, performing detailed assessments, and working closely with a multidisciplinary team while benefiting from strong career growth opportunities.


Available Shifts:

  • Nights (Rotating Weekends)
  • Days (Rotating Weekends)


Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the patient and family advocate, protecting privacy and confidentiality
  • Instruct patients and families regarding medications and treatment instructions
  • Provide high focus care with a commitment to continuous improvement


Job Requirements:

  • 1 year of recent (within the last 3 years) acute care ER, ICU or CVICU experience. *Would consider PCU/IMCU experience but must have 2 years of exp to qualify
  • Associate's degree or BSN
  • Florida RN license and/or approved multistate RN license required.
  • BLS required
  • ACLS required within 6 months of hire
  • BSN is preferred
  • CCRN preferred


Additional Information:

  • Nightshift patient ratio - 1:2-3
  • Dayshift patient ratio - 1:2-3


Compensation:

  • Salary Range: 26.40 - 39.60 Based on experience
  • Shift Differentials: 4.25 nightshift diff – 1.50 specialty diff
  • Sign-On Bonus: $10K Days / $15K Nights
  • Relocation: Available
