Registered Nurse (Telemetry) | Day Shift | Sign-On Bonus + Benefits

We are hiring a Registered Nurse (Telemetry) for a full-time permanent opportunity in Goldsboro, North Carolina with UNC Health Wayne.

Position Highlights:

• Location: Goldsboro, NC
• Schedule: 3 x 12-hour Day Shifts
• Pay: $33.00–$54.45/hour (based on experience)
• Sign-On Bonus: Up to $35,000
• Relocation Assistance: Up to $10,000 (based on distance)

Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality nursing care to telemetry patients.
• Monitor cardiac rhythms and respond to patient changes.
• Administer medications and treatments.
• Collaborate with physicians and the healthcare team.
• Educate patients and families.

Requirements:

• Active North Carolina RN License
• BLS & ACLS (AHA or ARC)
• Minimum 1 year of RN experience
• Experience with Telemetry, Progressive Care (PCU), Stepdown, Cardiac, or Med-Surg Telemetry
• Ability to interpret EKG rhythms and care for patients with cardiac and respiratory conditions
