Family Medicine Physician

Position: Family Medicine Physician

Location: Dallas, TX
Department: Outpatient Primary Care

Shift: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Pay Range: $116 - $140 per hour + Full Time benefits

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive adult primary care services in an outpatient setting
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions
• Deliver preventive care and wellness counseling
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests and screenings
• Develop individualized treatment plans using evidence-based guidelines
• Maintain accurate EMR documentation
• Educate patients and families on disease prevention and chronic disease management
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals and community resources to ensure coordinated care
• Participate in quality improvement and patient satisfaction initiatives

Qualifications:

• Board Eligible or Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Completion of an ACGME or AMA-approved residency program
• Active Texas Medical License required
• Experience in outpatient adult medicine or primary care preferred
• Strong communication and patient-centered care skills
• Clean malpractice and license history highly preferred
