Position Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide patient-centered therapy services across a variety of rehabilitation and long-term care settings. This role focuses on improving functional independence and quality of life through individualized treatment plans and interdisciplinary collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver occupational therapy services based on clinical best practices
• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
• Coordinate care with nursing and interdisciplinary teams
• Conduct resident screenings and progress evaluations
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and billing records
• Participate in care planning meetings and facility initiatives
• Support patient progress through ongoing treatment updates
• Assist with in-service training and education programs
• Travel occasionally between nearby facilities if required

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy
• Active OT license in the state of practice
• Experience working with older adult or rehab populations preferred
• Familiarity with state and federal clinical guidelines preferred
