Role Overview
- Work in a 34-bed Medical-Surgical unit (3rd floor)
- Typical nurse-to-patient ratio: 1:5 to 1:6
- Collaborate with:
- RNs
- LPNs
- CMAs
- CNAs
- Key responsibilities:
- Patient assessment
- Medication administration
- Care planning
- Ensuring patient comfort and safety
Compensation
- Salary: $74,880 – $100,000/year
- Sign-On Bonus: Up to $20,000
- Relocation: Partial assistance
Required Qualifications
- Active New Mexico RN License
- Associate’s degree in nursing (ADN)
- 1+ year Med-Surg experience OR 1+ year general nursing experience
