Emergency Department RN

Location: Goldsboro, NC
Schedule: 3x12s (36 hrs/week)

Overview: We are seeking an Emergency Room Registered Nurse (ER RN) to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment. This role offers hands-on experience in emergency and critical care, along with strong opportunities to enhance clinical skills and decision-making. Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver safe, patient-centered care using the nursing process in a fast-paced emergency setting.
• Triage, assess, and manage patients with acute and critical conditions.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure timely and effective patient care.
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow physician orders.
• Respond rapidly to emergencies, prioritize care, and make critical decisions under pressure.

Requirements:

• 1 year of Acute Care experience required (Similar Specialty Preferred)
• Active RN License (NC) or Compact License
• BLS Certification required
• ADN/ASN required (BSN preferred)

Compensation & Perks:
