Medical Technologist | Urgent Hiring

We're hiring a Medical Technologist for a full-time permanent opportunity at a leading acute care hospital in Bradenton, Florida.

Position Highlights

• Full-Time
• Evening & Night Shifts
• Rotating Weekends
• Pay: $27.09–$37.92/hour (based on experience)

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and STAT laboratory testing
• Work in Blood Bank, Chemistry, and Hematology
• Analyze patient specimens and ensure accurate, timely results
• Maintain laboratory quality and regulatory standards
• Assist with specimen processing and related laboratory duties
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to provide quality patient care

Requirements

• Associate's Degree in Medical Technology (Bachelor's preferred)
• Active Florida Medical Technologist License (minimum 3 laboratory specialties required)
• ASCP certification preferred
• Minimum 3 years of hospital laboratory experience preferred
• Blood Bank experience preferred
• Comfortable working independently and covering multiple lab departments
