Travel Physical Therapist

Inpatient Physical Therapist (PT) | Cheraw, SC | 06/16/2025 – 09/14/2025

• Schedule: Mon–Fri, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM | No on-call | Long-term assignment
• Start Date: 06/16/2025 | End Date: 09/14/2025
• Float Option: May float to outpatient a few hours/week (optional)
• Certifications Required: SC PT License, BLS (AHA only)
• Experience Required: 2+ years (preferred)

Responsibilities Include:

• Perform evaluations and treatments per APTA standards
• Develop individualized care plans (short- and long-term goals)
• Collaborate with staff and PTAs, supervise care delivery
• Maintain accurate documentation and safe, clean environment
• Attend staff meetings and assist with caseload adjustments
• Provide evidence-based, patient-centered therapy care
