We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) with Emergency Room (ER) experience to join a dedicated care team. This role involves providing high-quality, patient-centered care across emergency, acute, outpatient, and swing bed settings. • Specialty Type: Nursing
• Sub-Specialty: Emergency Room Nurse, ACU
• Shift: NOC (1800–0630)
• State License: Must be currently active in Washington
• Minimum Experience: 1 year
• Certifications Required:
  • AHA BLS (Basic Life Support)
  • AHA ACLS (within 6 months of hire)
  • AHA PALS (within 6 months of hire)
  • TNCC (within 6 months of hire)
  • NRP (within 1 year of hire)
• Bilingual: Not required
• Holiday Coverage: Not required

Key Responsibilities:

• Triage and assess patients quickly and accurately in the ER.
• Deliver direct and indirect patient care across all age groups.
• Monitor and interpret cardiac and hemodynamic data.
• Administer medications and IV fluids safely and accurately.
• Document patient care, assessments, and outcomes in the EHR.
• Collaborate with providers and interdisciplinary teams.
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and pain management.
• Maintain a safe, respectful, and culturally sensitive care environment.

Skills & Abilities:

• Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking.
• Proficient in triage, cardiac monitoring, and point-of-care testing.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
