Job Description

· Lead start-up, restart, and troubleshooting efforts across injection molding operations

· Develop and execute robot programming to optimize production efficiency

· Manage process parameters and maintain detailed process documentation

· Provide hands-on training and mentorship to production team members

Key Requirements

· Experience with scientific molding (RJG), injection molding or equivalent certification

· Strong background in injection molding process technology

· Proven leadership capability with a desire to grow into management responsibilities
