Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate degree)
• Active Wisconsin Physical Therapist (PT) license required
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a treating clinician required
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred
• Strong organizational, operational, and team-building skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Passion for senior rehabilitation and patient-centered care
