Medical Surgical Nurse

Position: Med-Surg Registered Nurse

• Unit: 28 private-bed Med-Surg unit
• Nurse Manager: Brianne Repko
• Nurse-to-patient ratio: up to 1:6
• Shift options:
• • Day (rotating weekends)
  • Night (rotating weekends)

Requirements

• 1 year RN experience required (any setting, not necessarily acute care)
• Associate or bachelor’s in nursing
• BLS within 30 days of start
• RN license required (Florida or compact)

Pay & Incentives

• Hourly range:
• • $29/hr
  • Up to ~$39/hr
• Shift differential: $4.25/hr (nights only, no weekend diff)
• Sign-on bonus:
• • $10,000 (Days)
  • $15,000 (Nights)
• Relocation: Case-by-case
