Registered Nurse (RN) - Cardiac Stepdown / PCU - Nights | Full-Time

Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join a high-acuity Cardiac Surgical Stepdown team in Tulsa, Oklahoma. This full-time, permanent opportunity is ideal for nurses who are passionate about caring for post-operative cardiac patients in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care while working alongside an experienced multidisciplinary team. Qualifications

• Active Oklahoma RN License or Multi-State Compact RN License.
• Minimum 2 years of RN experience preferred.
• New Graduate RNs with prior LPN experience in Cardiac are encouraged to apply.
• Strong assessment, critical thinking, communication, and patient care skills.
• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.

Schedule

• Full-Time
• Night Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
• 3 x 12-hour shifts
• Rotating weekends

Pay

• $33.15-$45/hr (based on experience)
